As Iunderstand it, you cannot loan in the premiership

You can, but only in the transfer windows.

Why did you feel the need for such a rude reply to a question? We both support the same team and hope they do well. Suggest you look at the first reply to see how you should ans a simple question.

You can't loan outside the window like football league clubs can. Inside the window then yeah, go nuts. {Ed002's Note - And there is interest in Friedel from both Southampton and Blackburn.}

Why would Spurs let him go? They have no reason to... I mean they should really keep him as their second choice until he finally retires... They easily can do so...

Would he want to end a great career playing second fiddle

Agree on great to see Cork back. Davis had his chance and was not good enough at this level. Hopefully the Boruc situation will sort out and it can be a 2 horse race for the no 1 spot.

The keeper situation is a tough one. Gazza looked very nervy, but in the long term it would be better to keep him in the team, but a risk in the short term.
Or do you go for KD or AB, who may be more solid in the short term, but not a Benefit in the long term.
Personally would keep PG in goal Sunday

In my opinion i would put KD back between the posts i don't believe he was that bad, yes he got beaten on his near post a couple of times and a mis kick but i believe it wasn't mainly his fault i'd blame the shotty defense in front of him that led to those shots on goal or crosses in to the box. The fact he took it like a champion when he was dropped speaks for itself about how professional the guy is, he's still managed to pull off very good saves during our earlier games. PG looks a good prospect but definately out of his depth in the PL thus far but he's only a kid from league 2 give him a year or so filling in and he'll be fine. Hopefully we're over our stupid blunders (own goals and dishing chances up on a platter) and we should survive just, hey just like the old days. COME ON YOU SAINTS.

If you travelled to Leeds you would have seen Kelvin's confidence still looks shot to pieces. Great guy and a great professional , good but not great keeper!

Gazza didn't have the best of games at QPR, but he's still a young 'keeper with a lot to learn. He's made some great saves and has a lot of promise so I am happy to see him in goal.

Maybe if we had a stronger defence young gazza would not be so nervy. after all he can only get better,as for AB and KD they have seen better days and are old pros.we will stay up if we can stop making school boy errors.
