He has already agreed a move to Borrusia Dortmund, he has said that he wishes to replace Lewandowski. :)

Hi saintK,
This would be a brilliant deal, they player has been excellent this season.
However where has this come from?

Would be very happy if this is true, a natural goal scorer, I maybe wrong in saying this but doesn't he have a complicated co-ownership or something?

Agree0 Disagree3

Has this guy got any pace?

Agree0 Disagree3

Can't see this happening at all. In fact, I think the days of bidding top money for big players are over. I think the signings of ramirez, wanyama and osvaldo was the reason why I think KL wanted a board instead of cortese in charde if everything. I think the idea is if we are going to keep hold of our top youngsters, we will have to be a bit shrewder in the transfer market. The signings of cork, Clyne, fonte, and j rod are quite good examples of this.
This is just my opinion though. I have no source

This is just on twitter so it probably rubbish but he's insane so just thought i'd put in on here. Saintsmiff, I understand where yor coming from but we will never become a better team if we just buy players for next to nothing

Agree1 Disagree0

Saint k our best players have been bought for next to nothing. Our flops have been overpriced: ramirez £13m
Wanyama £12m osvaldo £15m.
Compare that to Clyne 3. 5, jrod £6, lambert £1m, fonte £2m, Davis free, boruc free, cork £3m?
Just saying "splashing the cash " isn't always the answer.

I agree Saintssmiff although I would say that Wanyama has done well and that Ramirez looks more like he can match the price we paid for him every time he plays, I think he could become a key player if he can have a decent run in the team without injury, I agree with the successful player you have listed to, however to get to the next level we're going to need to sign players that are better than what we have, Lovren for 8m is the type of business we should be doing, underated players that can grow with the club, although there are some cheaper deals which can be just as good, for example Alex McCarthy or Fraser Forster could be good for us and would probably be 2-3m for McCarthy and 4-5m for Forster. I think our biggest successes have been when we sign young English players so I hope that continues too

Just heard that the contract off from saints to poch has taken a twist. He is not interested in spurs as he wants a long term project and is happy at saints. As long as he has certain assurances and a clause that if a champions league club comes in for him he can go subject to very decent compensation. However the deal will need to wait until at least another 7-14 days. The papers can therefore continue their rubbish until then. On a side note an "enquiry" has been rejected completely for Morgan from Napoli.

sadly I think saints are in meltdown how I wish Cortese was still here.

We need to sort mp out soon and keep him and get players tied down and sign some decent players and keep them too

Clyne linked with Liverpool according to the Star. I'm beginning to just facepalm at every rumour that comes out now, that's 4 of our players that have been linked with the same club in a week.

hello saints fans man u fan here. on the luke shaw transfer I've read on utd rumours that no deal is done with utd. this is according to editor on utd rumours. he says utd trying to agree fee with saints. thought I would share that with you. good luck for next season hope you keep your manager and players. less luke shaw of course.

Believable7 Unbelievable9

Utdtildeath thanks, but I think most saints fans knew none of this was a done deal. We don't need to be a selling club anymore, and the board look like they know this as well. They've been telling us they aren't selling anybody, for a while now, les reed, Ralph Krueger. Papers seem to totally ignore this though and just assume it it. Just chuckling at all the u turns they are making to cover their asses.
Players will come and go, but the likes of shaw has 4 years on his contract, the board know they could get 27 next season after another good year in the premier league

It's not about "where he lives" its where he has recently bought property, its why yhe media are going crazy over the Manchester house hunting story. Although I hope that's BS and what he told me is true.
