Shaw will be 2nd choice we won't sign another left back! Centre halfs definitely full backs NEVER were more than covered. Shaw has real quality and is more than up to filling in as he showed today. And as for Buttner this really isn't happening dead in the water get it now!!
Calm down, like Shaw isn't ready for the prem just yet, he was brought on against tiring players, Adkins wants a left back we have seen that in buttner so a LB will be added!

Richardson caused the goal so glad we got Clyne he looked the best player on the pitch. I really think well get a new LB, even when Harding was still at the club we wanted one now we have one that's not ready and one that in my view a liability. If the pace players had in the championship was enough to catch fox out of position then what will he be like in the prem. We definatly need a ne cb Fonte just isn't cool headed enough and is just not prem quality. A new rm I think we will need in The near future in January perhaps, I hope Steven Davis is as good as people say he is as schniederlin looked bad yesterday clumsy challenges ect.

Forest fan here. It's all over our rumours page Forest are close to signing Dan Harding from Southampton. Do you guys have any news on this?
I would be supprised as he's are second choice left back behind Dickson, if shaw has taken that role then maybe or we may have even lined up another left back possibly buttner deal is back on. I for one will be sad to see him go hard working player did well for us would be a very good signing for you

2nd choice behind fox good defender, not bad at getting forward and good at set pieces but not good enough for prem, will be a good addition for you
I doubt he'll leave tbh, and he's probably 3rd choice with fox and maybe shaw ahead of him. Very good player tho

Dan Harding has already gone to Forest, secondly he is not our 2nd choice left back. Fox and Shaw both ahead of him then he faces competition from Dickson
A really good pro - gave 100% at all times. Certainly was always happier to see him in a Saints shirt than our alternates in that position.. Good luck Dan.. We now urgently need a left back.
Why do we "urgently" need a left back? Do you actually watch saints play?... ever? Fox and Shaw are two of our better players wise up!

Fox struggled today against Ajax so perhaps we do need another LB.
