There's been a few Spurs fans on forums who claim to be ITK, suggesting that Toby is not a serious target for them and in fact they are negotiating with Atletico for Mario Suarez.
Perhaps now the season loan deal has expired, which I believe happened yesterday, we've had communication from Atletico that we can make a new bid.
