We have 4 cbs....Hooiveld, Fonte, Yoshida, Seaborne
Then you have Jack Stephens as a younger option

Poor effort in transfer window, yeah sure ramirez may become good player, but no good if we ship 3 goals a game, we needed at least 2 solid c/b, Dawson was there for taking, needed experienced g/k someone like mcgregor/cudichini. We cocked up left back situation then spent all our time and money on a young inexperienced south American, poor vision from management

I heard that this guy turned down Swansea (£1m) to join FC Twente, but hasn't actually signed yet, so you never know ;-) Good prospect by all accounts and NC has probably lost more money down the back of the sofa than this guy would cost!? :-)

Cropper has just signed a professional deal at southampton following his recent trial from ipswich, still think hes same level as dovey.

I trust Adkins judgement as a former keeper himself

Looks like a good prospect......his surname makes me feel slightly unsure....easy head line making for those journo's.

Anyone heard about Lucas Biglia? SSN seem to think he is a possible for us

Lucas Biglia is a TOP, TOP Argentinian international player... Skipper of Anderlecht, who qualified for the UEFA Champions League Group Stages earlier in the week. He is a deep lying creative midfield player, and would be a SUPERB signing for Saints. There is excellent footage of him available on YouTube. He is 25 years old and has an £8m buy out clause in his contract. He has recently been linked to some top European clubs, including Arsenal and Real Madrid.

He is a Argentine Midfielder plays for Anderlecht and Argentina 26 years old Norwich City are after him

If I remember right we were after him ages ago nt turned us down because he wants champions league football, so we may just have to wait about 3 years according to the five year plan and then he could join

Saints no longer interested in Rhys Williams, much to my disappointment...at least until the January window. He's been ruled out for at least 3 months with ankle ligament damage.

In even worse news, I'm reading everywhere that we're in for Curtis Davies. I sincerely hope this is incorrect.
