Rumour about Saints putting in an offer of 8 million for Loic Remy?

Any truth in this EDS?

Yeh this has been rumoured before, I for one would love to see him in a Saints shirt.

According to today's papers it is in fact Besiktas that are targeting Loic Remy but that will, of course, be if they can't wrap up the signature of Mario Gomez from Fiorentina :)
