Rumoured 2 players Koeman wants to sign, Townsend's said to be not impossible and Alderwield looks unlikely apparently, who do we reckon we should go for if we can't get these two? I assume it would be a versatile CB who can fill RB too and a winger, maybe Redmond and well Richards fits the bill too and I think he'd be good personally. Struggling to think of other players in that position, thoughts?

And he's never heard of Allessio Cerci apparantly, shame as he looks class!

I don't buy it that a man of Koemans experince and knowledge of the game hasn't heard of Cerci. Maybe he was referring to the rumour itself. He was pretty quick to disregard it though. Maybe to deflect attention away from a possible deal. Straw clutching maybe but let's see what happens.

Have a feeling van dyke is one of them, we have always expressed interest i'm him, koeman wanted him when he first arrived and virgil himself said he's not sure if he will still be at celtic on monday. Is something going on behind the scenes I wonder?
