Really hope the Brek Shea rumours aren't true, I'd either like a marque signing in that position or someone young who can develop into that role, like Redmond or Berahino or even Callum McManaman would be quality as someone who can grow into the role, still hoping for a CB too but not sure who now? Anyone know anything here?

Wish people would stop mentioning redmond. really don't rate him. would rather sam mcqueen played. can anyone tell me how on earth sunderland seemingly have enough clout to land toby alderweireld but we dont?

We want Alderwield permanantly whilst their only getting him on loan, I think Redmond is the type of player that would be great here, and we haven't had a young pacey winger since the Ox!
