How close is olomolu from the first team, seemed to have been reading nothing but superlatives since pre season?

I think he is part of a crop of youngsters who are very highly thought of and will hopefully get some first team game time in the cup competitions this year - Europa League, FA Cup, League Cup.
Other Names being Alfie Jones, Yan Valery, Jake Hesketh, Josh Sims, Marcus Barnes.

My first thought on Jay-Rod going out on loan was that it is to make space for Olomola.
