Can we now finally accept that we are no longer the team we were or have the same type of players coming through the academy that we did a few years back?! The conveyor belt has come to halt and the selling of our top players means so too has the ability to play attractive football and creative tactics. Pelligrino has us trying to play the way poch/ Koeman did but our team that once could do that has been striped to bones so much that the players left are not capable.

If we going to stick with the players we have then we need someone who is going to grab the team by the balls. That means either pelligrino growing a pair and starts throwing the hair dryers or we bring in someone new. Davis as first coach doesn't cut it for me, nice guy but tactical managing not sure :/ .

My immediate plan of action would be Redmond out or at the most warming the bench, he wanders with the ball with no end product enough (don't care what guardiola says) . Forster I'm sorry dude, you're one of my favourites, but also have been for a while now the reason we've lost points. Teams are no longer scared of you and know to put the ball anywhere in the corner : ( and who the hell is teaching you to punch/ palm the ball away instead of catching easy shots?!

We need to shore up at the back in the meantime maybe 532 hoedt, Stephens, yoshida with Bert's and Cedric on the wing I'd then have boufal and tadic playing right in behind gabbadini as more 2nd/ 3rd strikers so that he is able to get the ball more and not left on his own like always. He's a poacher and he needs feeding.

I've forgotten what I actually came on here to say now, oh yea were shit, please improve, sturridge/ Walcott yes.

Genuinely think relegation and a step back would be the best thing for the club. We'd be able to sell all of the wasted players and start to bring through some of the youth academy.
