How would you spend 70m to 80m to secure survival?

Read an excellent article on GiveMeSport that found promoted clubs, who stayed up, spent a net avg. of 87m on transfer fees (or 101m excl. Brentford) over the last 6 seasons vs relegated sides at 46m

Given we have already spent 20m on THB, how would you spend roughly 70m to 80m?
