Hearing that the Clyne situation will be sorted one way or another within the next week . although we have heard that before I know!

On a non transfer related note. I've seen the plans for our new away kit. dark green with a navy blue sash?! The same design as our 125 year anniversary kit. Certainly going to be a love it or hate it!

I'd like that away kit, except for the fact Stoke have done the same thing, albeit in black rather than navy blue. I get the colour choice navy blue to represent the Solent, and green to represent the New Forest, however they should have chosen yellow with a blue sash. The majority of Saints fans would prefer that as we are more historically associated with those colours for an away kit.

You're right it is similar, although they have a black shirt where ours will be a green so more like the reverse colour coordination to theirs, which means it won't look as similar as you think. Also when I saw the designs our sash went the opposite way to theirs.

Nah i'm really not digging that choice of colour or design. Why do Adidas do random stuff like that? They have no clue about our club or it's history it was the same with last kit they done for us block red! If you looked at everyone who had an Adidas kit that season every club had but different colours even Bristol City!?!
Yellow or sky blue me think

I may be wrong - but I think that I read somewhere a while ago the away shirt colours are to link in with a team in the US in an effort to make more of an impact (get revenue) across the Pond.

That would make more sense it to do with marketing
I like nike stripe kits better
adidas only seem to have a couple of templates lol

{Ed007's Note - Nike strips are very poor quality. Celtic have just moved from Nike to New Balance but the quality of strips from Nike was terrible, like cheap tat. The tracksuits etc were fine but I was never impressed with the quality of the strips. As my man would say 'You could spit peas through it.'}

Eric the saint . Could very possibly be Settle Sounders. Also green and blue, probably the best side in the Mls too, finished the regular season with the most points to win the supporters shield.

I didn't think about that side of it ed07 I was just thinking athletico had a better looking kit but quality I had no clue.
Lol u could spit peas through it I like that one loool

{Ed007's Note - BTW that should have said 'my MAM'....What a typo to make!!! Nike used to come out with claims about tops being made from recycled plastic bottles or something like that. I assume that kidding on they are helping the environment must somehow ease their conscience over the kids that work in their sweat shops.
The last Man Utd top I bought was the one with the red swoosh round your neck a few years back, that was cheap rubbish as well so I refused to buy any more of theirs.}

Lol just clicked on luckly u got away with that one mate
And yeh something has got to make these companys feel better apart from the ridiculous money they make .

{Ed007's Note - It was a close one! The sad thing is these huge companies don't care as long as the money keeps rolling in, the recycled plastic nonsense is just some crazy PR guys idea to make them look like the care.}
