so to update again, I have continued to dig and as I said KL wants more money than is being offered. £180 million now from what I'm getting from various different sites and Chinese papers, I have a Chinese GF it helps lmao is that Gao Jisheng is prepared to pay the 210 million. But is unwilling to pay that for only 80% stake in the club. Which is why the talks have stalled.

Now there are rumours going around that they are considering reopening the talks with a new offer in the region of £195 million but this would be a take it or leave offer. now the rumours from KL half is that they value the club between £210-225 million.

According to what I have read Gao Jisheng has the money to buy us and also has the ability to pump in near on £100 million in transfer funds. But KL still wants that 20% of the club, to help over see the take over and keep some continuity. Gao Jisheng See's this as her trying to still have say in the direction of club but is willing to let it slide if she lowers her price!

Quoted in papers and from what I've read backs it up at £180 million as stated before he's willing to rise on the price but does want to go higher than 200 million not because he's doesn't believe we are worth that much but because he believes that's the worth of 80% of the club.

I feel I should also add KL will accept £200 million, it's a wait and see what happens game now, but according to the rumours they already know the plan for the club and it has been said KL has been actively looking for a buyer and firmly believes that this could push us into the top 6 in the league.

But as you know that wouldn't happen straight away and the two have be locked in talks about the direction and potential of the club and this has been said to have been a massive factor in why Gao Jisheng has decided to go for saints and is impressed with everything about the club.

This doesn't appear like it will be sorted during the transfer window. From what I have read and it seems fairly plausible that if they can get back to talking and agree on a price there is a small chance it maybe done before end of the window but doesn't seem likely as Both sides are playing hardball.

But KL needs the sale so the ball is very much in her park. Like I stated before this isn't a source it's just through hours and hours of going through things to find pockets of information
