So Villa's deal with Sarr has collapsed as Watford wanted one of Villa's players on a loan-to-buy in return (amongst other things).

Had agreed £25m. Ramos looks unlikely at £30m.

Offer them £20m-ish and Stephens/ Diallo/ Redmond on a perm deal?

He'd be an amazing addition and has that something different. Won't happen of course, but just an idea

Agree, i would love to see Sarr at St Mary's, i can't see Ramos coming to us either, Garner from Man U might be shrewd, he looked good last season for Forest.speaking of the tree dwellers, anyone else think Forest are just trying to buy EVERY player in the world, so no other Prem teams have anyone left? Has Robin Hood come back from the dead, they seem to have an endless supply of cash at the moment, apparently they're getting a new stadium, in some big place full of trees!

I think they bought a team in June. Sat on it for a bit, then a month ago thought “nah, let’s just buy another one”. Might not all go to plan for them as has happened in the past, but they lost a lot of players. Do seem to be on the verge of taking the mick at this point though
