Just seen an aparent leak of opening day fixtures if it's true we have man city away!spuds got Leicester at home

Saints jimmy are you generally saying that 50 million is the standard transfer budget plus then on top any sells will be fully re-invested? I am not sure that's what I am hearing but I will more then happy to be very very wrong!
