Saints have made a new £9.5m bid for Fraser Forster which is still below Celtics £10m price tag but Fraser is very interested in moving to Southampton so Celtic may be forced into accepting saints bid. Also heard Gazzaniga could be on his way to Nottingham Forest on loan for the season, and unlike reports in the media have said, Jay Rodriguez hasn't turned down saints contract offer.

Everything you said would be great if true, although maybe not gazza to forest. Definitely our second best keeper atm (3rd should forster be signed) and we should keep him just in case.

I don't get the 9. 5 blind just bid the 10 mill and get it done to us 500k is a lot of money but in the grand scheme of things it ain't a lot

I can't comment on the Fraser bid but there are rumours of growing interest from Liverpool (!) in Rodriguez.

Apparently, the Remy bid has collapsed. Hence Liverpool looking elsewhere.

Just speculation at the moment.

Haha to us it's a lot but at this time and the amount we have received it's like me and you arguing over a fiver ed007, can't see jay rod going anywhere unless they take him without a medical, have you any news on the reported 9. 5 bid ed?

In that case I hope they buckle and let him go, not that I want Celtic to go out but think he would bring a huge calming effect such a quality keeper

That escalated quickly.

And Ed I'd be surprised if Celtic couldn't get through with Gordon in goal, Celtic should be winning with relative ease against Legia Warsaw really, Forster or no Forster. (And yes I know you aren't much of a Gordon fan so sorry for bringing that bit up).
