According to Sky Sports Spider has put in a transfer request, I say get rid and get top dollar for him. He seems to forget we have made him the player he is JUDAS.

Tbh honest the feeling I'm getting after looking at the spurs rumour page, coupled with what's on here, is that we are pricing him out of the interested clubs valuation. Levy was interested until we said he would cost around £25m. They just can't afford him after last seasons blow out.
I would really like to see a big bid come in though and test les reed and Krueger. See if his attitude towards spider would change

Regardless, no club is willing to make a ludicrous offer for him it seems so he should be made to stay. If we can get over £30million (supposedly) for Shaw we sure as heck should for Schneiderlin who has pretty much been our best asset the past few seasons. If we don't get that he's not going to stop trying because he knows it'll lower his value and lessen the interest in him.

This is what happens when you sell your 6 best players everyone sees that the vision you've been spouting is absolute p o o and everyone gets annoyed that they have been lied to and everyone wants out. Players DO NOT decide transfers as people keep saying, people at the top do what players DO is make you analyze the risks in not granting them their wish so weather or not they will leave on a free or become a rotten apple. If they are on long term contracts its simple you say tough doo doo your staying its really not that hard if they refuse to train you make an example of them and you bin them to reserves and keep fining them they will soon change their attitude suarez is prime example come on do you really think every club bends over like saints have and sells players when they ask to leave I know its hard to keep them but selling everyone who asks for a transfer is mental you have to draw the line somewhere and it should have been drawn way sooner than after 6 of our best players had gone. Schneiderlin has every right to want to leave he has been lied to and seen all his mates leave for more money and now we are going backwards so why would he wanna be apart of that? Plus he is the one position we have cover for we sell all these players we have no cover for at all then refuse to sell the one player that we do have cover for people at the top are beyond stupid.

Saint Davey, if you take any of those deals individually though you have to say it looks like good business, the board have taken a risk allowing all to go through in one go but other than Chambers where we possibly could have hoped for slightly more, we got very good prices for our departing players.

As for Schneiderlin, no club (apparently at least) will meet our valuation of him because we see him as better than any we've let go so far and essential to build around. So he is definitely the one to stick the foot in the ground over and say "No, you won't stump up the cash, so he will stay here whether he likes it or not. "

The board, if they re-invest wisely, could have made some very wise decisions, the simple answer is we just don't know the full picture yet. Who is coming in to replace these players? Will it really all be re-invested in transfers or is there more future planning? Is this gearing up for a club sale? (Krueger says no to that). Will anyone else leave?

As yet, we don't know the full story, but currently there is a lot of worry. However there is also a lot of potential with the available funds for both short and long term growth.
