I've just been told we also signed Pied on a two year contract - Anyone know if there is any truth on this?

Anyone know if these rumours on fonte have any truth in them . I have seen a possible 9 million pound bid from Koeman . And utd have interest . I hope our caplain has seen the grass is not always greener on the other side if true.

I was told we are offering Fonta a pay rise to bring him in line with the top paid players at the club. I hope this is true as at 32, you could understand if he wanted to move for a final pay day but hope Saints will offer this to him. In my eyes, he's the best centre back we have and will help develop those around him.

Yeh apparently Pied signed a two year contract with McCarthy from Palace also on a two year deal.
