I think most would agree that Steven Davis is one of thee most decent solid players at Southampton. So maybe we should listen him. He is urging the fans to quit the anti-Pellegrino chants as he says they are 'not helping'. Well as have said before, you can't expect the players to perform at their best if the fans are jeering the manager and his players. In most circumstances of life, where someone has backed someone they don't necessarily like or agree with, things have started turning out better. So for heavens sake get behind our team and our club, and be fans worth playing for!

Well right now I see a team not playing for the manager and this has been happening way before the anti-chants so for me that hold no logic for me. The team has to be the one to the fans on side.

Yes, but the fans have to be on the team's side too, and considering we have players saying that the anti-chants aren't helping then maybe it is us that needs to change a bit more.
