Just watching Liverpool go 3.1 up and klopps passion shown on the sideline is unquestionable
what passions shown on our touch line
Zero it's passionless every week.

Klopp is a fans dream manager though from that point of view. You don’t see Jose, pep etc acting like that all the time, but it doesn’t stop their teams from winning. Look how well Hodgson has done at palace, and he’s the exact opposite of klopp.

I guess my point is, please stop moaning and writing Whiney little posts about everything. Liverpool city has nothing to do with us and you manage to turn even that into a complaint about our club.

Saints123, totally agree with you, however I think the original point may have been that whilst fans view someone like MP2 or Hodgson passionless, it is only Hodgson getting results. If results do not come but fans see passion, it can go some way to fans to feel we are one in the desire to win games. Of course we know MP2 wants to win but you don’t feel it.

I get that, we always like to see our passion matched by those at the club and particularly so when things aren’t going well.

Still, I feel certain members of this forum are simply looking for anything to criticise. It’s pathetic.

Do you honestly think the clubs in a good place at the moment because I don't
We're 17th
Are you happy with the way we're conceading goals from winning positions and losing when our manager hasn't again reacted to changes our oppositions made and not reacted
Has pelegrino lived up to our expectations no and doubt he will now
Yes I'm being negative about the way we are at the moment who can be positive about our position in the league
At the end of the day I support the club but I pay my money to watch and be entertained
And again this year we're not being entertained or are you watching a different club.

If you're simply buying a product - "I pay my money to watch and be entertained" - and care only about its short term success then I'd suggest Man City. They'd be a much better fit for you.

I never said we were in a good place at the moment, I just said I think that if you and some others on here were allowed anywhere near the running of the club then we'd still be in league one. 6 months ago I'd have said we were in a pretty good place as a club, having finished in the top 8 for 4 years straight I think. 6 months does not completely wipe that away for me.

It's all very easy to say "we're doing badly so let's fire everyone", but that kind of pre-school simplistic thinking isn't necessarily going to fix everything. How many times do clubs have to act like that and see it fail before we stop just doing it again. I mean for christ sake Southampton did it ourselves last summer at the demand of short-sighted fans and look where it's got us.

I wasn't one of them 123 but let's face it if CP was still here we would not be where we are . I honestly believe that. The board don't seem to care what the majority of support think of MP so why did they take notice of them last year. Just seems weird that after finishing 8th and almost getting a trophy they gave in to fan pressure then but don't seem to give a damn this season when we are in a very dangerous position right now. Must have been more going on than we knew about.

Saints are going through a bad patch, nothing more. They've been unlucky this season in terms of not getting the rub of the green. They're also playing with a lack of confidence.

The only mistakes made, as I see it, were sacking Puel too early and not having replaced Mane and Pelle. In hindsight, it also seems that VVD should have gone in the summer.

Eds - You guys are probably in a good position to answer this - Do any other fans whine and whinge as much as Saints fans?

It is a mixture of naivety and passion that makes fans feel this way. I don't agree that big changes are required at Saints, but I firmly believe that MP2 should have been replaced just before the Jan transfer window. Had it not been for the Everton result, he may have gone.
