18 months ago I posted that Sverre Nypan was ours for 5 million euros, Saints wouldn't pay it! Now gone to city for nearly 4 times as much ? Saints recruitment has to improve!

18 months ago, I signed Nypan for £5m. On Football Manager. No insider information necessary, as it was common knowledge back then he had promise.
I've also previously signed Cherno Samba, Julius Aghahowa and Freddy Adu whilst managing The Saints!

I’ve always given true accounts of what I’ve been told by 2 friends who are involved in professional football on the agent/ recruitment side. Evidence? If you doubt my word that is fine, I’ll leave it to other readers of these posts to decide what is good faith rumour or malicious gossip.

With your friends inside knowledge do you have any info on transfers in and outs? If you look at the present squad it is pretty much the same as our promotion one, but hopefully with better management and the addition of Charles, Fernandes and possibly Ramsdale.

I have no new info, Ramsdale THB Bednarek Fernandes Charles Downes Archer Edozie have all have clubs sniffing around but nothing concrete that I have been told. Surprisingly there is no noise surrounding Dibling Edwards Sugawara or any other player that I have been told.
My friends have told me that this transfer window, so far, appears to be a cautious one with the obvious exception of the big clubs.
If Saints follow recent years we will see a last minute mad rush which is obviously what no supporter wants to see.
