WOW, Ross Barkley has just signed for Villa on loan! Grealish and Barkley in the middle of the park, that's decent. Wish we had gone in for him. I just hope that leaves us free to signe Loftus Cheek as Villa were reportedly also in for him.

I donâ€™t think they can sign 2 players from the same team on loan. RLC would be a great addition for us. Also talk of Dallo from Brest? It will all go down to the wire I fear.

RLC and Diallo would be lovely, though Joey Veerman of Heerenveen apparently you looks to be moving ahead. Diallo for â‚¬15m and RLC on a year loan would suit me - RLC another Armstrong attacking box to box mid, Diallo to replace Hojbjerg.

Hopefully we'll be a bit quicker off the mark otherwise we'll miss out again like we did with Sangare. RLC an Diallo would make us more competitive.

Teejaysaint, I believe the reason we didnâ€™t get Sangare was because of a work permit issue otherwise he would have signed for us.

Thanks for that saint_ben_basingstoke. I was told that we were dragging our heels over the signing.

{Ed002's Note - Ibrahima Diallo is of interest but a suitable offer needs to be made before Friday night according to Brest. For Sangare there was interest but no firm offer.}
