It was supposed to be announced today. that's been the plan for well over a week. Even as late as yesterday so i'm not quite sure why its been pushed until monday

Ed is pretty quiet :) almost had me fooled. I must say though at one point it looked as though it may not happen with saints digging in over who has control over transfers. It may not be Monday from what I have just heard.
