I've watched most games of the World Cup and the one player that has stood out has been Perisic of Croatia. They might be going home now but he has been there best player, lively midfielder who popped up with a couple of goals. Think he would be a great singing for the Saints.

Sorry but Virgil van dijk will be going no-where, he is a Celtic player till 2017, so we don't need to sell, anyway why would he leave a team that plays regular in the Champions League, to a team that won't for the foreseeable future. We have a new manager who rates van dijk very highly. Besides he's already a £10+million valued player, would you spend that on one player?

The advantage that Saints have is that they play in the Premier league - that and that he got on well with Koeman.
I'm sure that if he does go to Saints, Celtic will get a fair price
Did you just start following celtic this season? Pretty sure we spent 12mill on wanyama last season we spend 30 mill every transfer window and will have more then that this season.
Wanyama left for us last season and we was a lot further down the table last season. Oh and the new manager is a massive van dijk fan who pushed for him to be in the holland squad.
I think he would learn a lot from koeman as I see similar styles in how they play/played.

I have a few celtic fan mates and there all realistic talking decent fans this site seems to attract the ones that shouldn't be allowed keyboards same goes for a lot of the saints fans

IMO we should wait until the January window, after a Yes vote in September, and then 10 of our valuable English £s should be all that is needed!
No offence but it must get boring winning the same title year after year with no real competition and ofcourse we spent £12m on Wanyama so could happen
So we're about to have our annual tit for tat with Celtic are we? I remember having this over Hooper, Wanyama and Forster in the past few years, 2 of which were total non-stories. Then we go down to which club is bigger and Southampton's ability to spend big and it gets very tedious.

Where did you hear the areola one? He's a fantastic and young goalkeeper likened to Hugo lloris. He would be a very good singing. I would take any of them but my personal favourites would be pelle, clasie and martins indi because I reckon koeman having worked with them would be able to get the best out of them.
Would like to see pelle Marshall ings dijk vrij at the club not so sure about the rest
