Really. He wants to be in the first team. Defo wont get that tottenham

Good. he hasnt even proved himself in a leauge higher than leauge 2.. playing against hereford and dagenham etc is different to man city and chelsea etc
Agree4

I don't see 1 why he would go to tottenham unles regular first team and then I don't dosed why any other club would put all their eggs in one basket. 2 I dont see why they would take a risk as as you say dagenham is different to man city

I think his best move would to go and play chamiponship football on loan for a season, or take over as number 1 at birmingham (thats if rumors of ben foster leaving are true) . prove himself there, maybe get promoted with birmingham this season which they are capable off, then play premiership football with them in 2 years time

He must be good as he's in the England squad

to all you Southampton fans that are believing the facts on this website then you are stupid, my reasons are:
Honda has been scouted by bigger clubs eg arsenal, Lazio, athletico madrid
Doumbia is too good to play for saints also been scouted by arsenal and real Madrid
Hoilett would not want to go to a team that are fighting relegation (that is what you will be doing) he will want to go to a team that are in the champions league eg arsenal, spurs, Chelsea, united also these are the teams that have bided for him and been heavily linked with

What an over opinionated little twerp, you also have no idea about where Southampton will be, far from struggling next year, you will see that our professional focused approach will deliver mid table results.

Anyone can see the amount of money and Time NC is prepared to put in in two or three years with 6 or 7 signings we'll e in European football. We have a five year plan in which we are 2 years in, and the plan is for us to get into european football so three years we will hopefully be in European football. There is no reason for hooilet not to join and anyway if you actually looked there are pretty much no rumers about him

Southampton FC will prove you wrong, we have enough quality in the team and have great fans. Can't wait for us to prove all of the doubtful people on this website wrong.

I think that we have to make 5/6 because we need some players with PL expierience and with a bit more quality.
GK - Butland
CB - (Not quite sure) Dann/R Johnson/Knight/Marriappi (Any other ideas for CB?)
CM - Guthrie
Winger - Ince
ST - Hooper/Yakubu/??Any ideas?
My personal opinion is that Jay Rod for 7m is a big risk, I feel that we should bring in a better player, most probably cheaper.

I think matt Jarvis as well as ince or Phillips cb Zak knight as I think he's been released for GKi think Ben foster, Paul Robinson he's been released and another CB fabio been released cm Guthrie or trotter st only Rodriguez

What seems a lot in 7,000,000 for jay rod it won't actually be half as expensive to the club had we be planning on signing an older more experienced possible international striker the initial fee might well be cheaper but the strain on finances through a huge pay packet that they would demand most probably over three years it would be far far more expensive than signing jay. The other point is that jayrods wages will be much more in line with the other players currently in the squad and that is how to keep harmony in the ranks. Signing younger players naturally just makes sense. 7 million will look a steal in 5 years time you know it, we know it and all Burnley fans know it.

I agree with you to be honest bt of a big gamble as hes only worth that much as he could make it in the prem. if he flops he won't be worth 7 mill but maybe it's a statement to other clubs that we will be in european football in the recent years

I believe Nigel Adkins gas no intention to bring in a left back, with Dan Harding being told he is staying and to settle down in Southampton.
