Seems strange that Gordan has supposedly had a medical! It's been rumoured that he isn't fit and could fail it, let's hope they get this over the line as we are week across central defence
It's so frustrating as I watch other clubs sign players at ease whilst it's always a struggle for us!

3.) Would be an amazing signing - I believe they would want in excess of €20mil so would be a big expenditure - but with him, tadic and Rodriguez we would have some of the best wingers in the league

5.) Cyberchris - Volland is a 22 years old, German forward playing for Hoffenheim. He can play as a striker or on either wing so is a versatile player. Has been linked with Dortmund and Liverpool and has been capped once for the German national team. He is worth between 15-20 million.

More importantly who is Gordan.

7.) I agree would be a top signing, he would chip in with goals, as he got over 10 I think last year, but he's not prolofic, would be a great signing though

8.) Volland is in a very similar position as Sterling. As of late a very key player to the club, making his breakthrough at international level, chipping in with a few goals but with bags of potential.

Haven't heard much on Van Dijk recently, saw someone mention it before, anything new on him?

1.) Celtic have just signed a CB on loan from Man City for the season. Hopefully paving the way for Van Dijk to join Saints.

Anything on the signatures of defenders? I feel that's where our lack of death lies, up front we need probably one more with Sam Gallagher more than likely going to be drip-feed into first team football, anything on strikers either?

Florin Gardos is looking very likely

2.) Looks like RoJo is too difficult with all the difference owners of him so plan B, Gardos is a go.
Still think that we should go for the Dutch boy from Celtic and get rid of either Hol or Yos.
Little Pea looks like a no go as well as he doesn't want to play for us so hope we have a plan b there also which is not Samaras or Bentner.

3.) I think Sam Gallagher could be the next big thing! Needs a bit more confidence, he is just as good as anyone else. Go for it Sam.

4.) I feel gardos will be 1st choice with fonte. Haven't seen us linked with any other 'big name' cb.
Pelle will be 1st choice
Gallagher to come through
J rod will be in contention by November.
I think the board may look to bring in a striker that won't be a regular starter. Samaras or others linked like wickham I feel would be adequate cover until j rod comes back IMO
Mid table has to be a good target for koemans 1st season with saints

5.) I wish people would stop using the word Samaras. It makes me cringe to think that the club believes he is anywhere near good enough for the Premier League. Would rather use Gallagher or wait for Jay Rod than waste money on a Greek dud that couldn't hold down a spot at Celtic, and would want more wages than half of the squad. Have a look at his stats. Every time he plays competitive football, ie Man City and in his international career, he fails. Appalling record. Terrible player. End of rant
