Do you have any ideas to which players saints have enquired about ed? Apart from schmeichal and ings?

{Ed002's Note - Firmino but nothing will happen there. Astori. Much will depend on what happens with the manager.}
Would love astori!. Any talk of astriker?

Firmino would be class! How come nothing will happen there Ed?

{Ed002's Note - He will not be moving.}
Ed, with Astori, are you referring to Cagliari's manager, or to Pochettino? Astori would be a class addition. Along with a quality striker, he would go a long way towards getting the Saints into the top 6.

{Ed002's Note - Pochettino.}
Firmino won't move considering he just signed an extension of four years to his current deal but would of been nice

Finally we are linked with two players I wouldn't say no 2.
Danny Ings & Kasper Schmeichel
they are realistic and very good young players

Could these happen ED 003 or ED 002? There both great players

{Ed002's Note - Stoke are looking to take Danny Ings in the summer and Southampton have made an enquiry with his agent. Burney, now promoted will look to keep him.
Milan, Olympiakos and Arsenal have all made approaches regarding Kasper Schmeichel. Southampton have made an enquiry and Newcastle are considering taking him as a replacement for Tim Krul. I am surprised that Leicester has yet to offer him a new deal and being first choice or not will likely be a driver in any decision.}
Do you think we have a good chance for getting Schmeichel? How much would Ings cost? And do we have a chance if getting him ED 002

{Ed002's Note - I have no interest in discussing money and I have explained where the interest is.}
Ok thanks do you think we're sign around 4 players? e.g gk, striker, cb and a winger? Thanks also has mp been offered a new deal? ED 002

{Ed002's Note - I don't know how many players. The only offer I know of for Pochettino was from another club, but Spurs remain interested.}
I doubt either will sign be allowed to sign as both have just been promoted, so unlikely to join another club, a chance with Ings as he's a Saints fan, but Shmeichel could've left Leicester ages ago if he wanted to

{Ed002's Note - He is out on contract at the end of the season - they cannot stop him leaving.}
Do you reckon mp will be offered a new deal? And will stay? Thanks ED 002

{Ed002's Note - The offer he got from another club has not got him interested in leaving but if Spurs make an approach for him I would not be surprised if he were interested.}
I think spurs have done well to deter a lot of managers in recent times as it seems lack of cl qualification results in a parting of ways. I really cannot see mopo leaving the comfort of saints for the uncertainty of the spirs hotseat. Not for one second dissing spurs but just their treatment of managers

Where do you think kasper will end up being next year? And Ings? ED 002

{Ed002's Note - I can tell you where I know of interest but would rather not speculate on possible outcomes. Sorry.}

7 years? Are you for real. Just look at pardrew signs a massive contract then hits a bad patch and they want him out. It should be a 3 year contract with a 2 year extension clause if these people have any sense. Which they should do as there far more successful then myself lol.

{Ed002's Note - Sounds like Twitter.}
I'm not convinced the 7 year deal rumour is true, but he is a much better person to give it to than Pardew. He has a good work ethic and is committed to making his team a success.
