Can't see them splashing £50m on players after last seasons binge. I think the main reason poch was brought in was to get the best out of the players already in the squad ( reading between the lines on what levy said) and to try to bring through youngsters of their own haha

Krueger actually said there were no bids for Shaw and Lallana. Which sounds aboutg right.Dont believe anything the British press write its bound to be carp.

That's incorrect Montecristosaint. RK NEVER said we didn't receive bids, in fact he said "yeah" when Adam Blackmore asked if bids had been made. As Ed001 says, bids have been rejected.

Tottenham will not sign Lallana and Shaw. Lallana will only leave for champions league football and shaw will only go to a bigger club, which Tottenham are not anymore. I can see Poch going in for Rodriguez however he might wait until the winter when Rodriguez has fully recovered from his injury. A big name manager may be all Saints need to keep the players here
