I am hoping that none of the potential new players have player connections to the club. I'm not there are too many players that praise Ralph's tactical abilities, team selections and his man management. I hope to god that doesn't put any players off.
I can hear it now .
'So matter how well you play, he will drop you for the next game'?
'So matter how badly someone plays, he still picks them'?
'He plays players out of position, even when someone is on the bench for that position'?
'He picks favourites regardless of how badly they play'?

Mmmmmm think I'll give Saints a miss then!

It’s incredibly frustrating to read that West Ham are in pole position to sign Broja for £30 mil.

I mean surely we have the finances to do such a deal but I guess for reasons similar to what South Hants Rich highlights - Broja is not interested in staying with us.

I know he had a lean spell and lost form towards the end of the season, but he was not exactly blessed with quality service in dangerous areas.

So no Broja but we get another season with Shane Long - let’s see how that works out!

I honestly think Ralph’s reputation among players is very poor. It’s no coincidence that a succession of players have left without as much as a word about Ralph.
It will be very interesting to see how Ralph copes with an assistant manager who has been taken on to make important footballing decisions. I’m not sure his ego and over inflated self believe, will allow it!
I feel sorry for Rich K who Ralph almost ignored all game, every game. Meanwhile Ralph stands on the touch line, looking lost and bereft big ideas!

You have to ask yourself why players aren’t signing for us and are choosing other options .

Anyway, let’s hope we get some good players in. But . will he play them, will he play them in position. will he pick his favourites over quality .of course he will

It appears a different ball game at the club now with the new Owners/Administration begin to tighten their grip on affairs none less than installing their handpicked experienced and motivated NO2 which would negate any fears of disquiet or under achievement from Ralph as they would probably be covered both in the Short Term and Long Term if necessary.

i see quotes like players not signing for us. who have we offered a deal to and has turned us down?
we are never going to start paying broja and players of his age and experience 100k plus per week and on the 30m quoted when he was scoring 56m was the price. if he goes to west ham is he going to start can't see them dropping antonio.
