morning eds. we are not being linked to anyone at the moment you got any info on potential incoming?

Been linked to Allan from Napoli, who doesn't seem like our sort of signing to me but for the rumoured £10m I think he'd be a bargain (especially in a market where some people seem to think Ross Barkley is worth 50m! )
Otherwise the Roberts rumours are still around, but I haven't seen too much beyond these two names. That said, in past years our signings have always come out of nowhere so this means very little. Still, rumours are fun for us fans.
Shame we didn't go for Riedewald - admittedly I'm basing this on football manager mostly but he seemed like a bargain for Palace at less that 10 mil.

I disagree. I would rather get the right player than get someone quickly. Yes it is a bit frustrating but we have bought great players in the past (sadly most moved on) and I think our scouting network is top drawer.

not posted on here for a long time but always read, not sure what's going on at the minute the squad needs adding to but we are being linked to nobody. the only news we seem to hear is who will be leaving. anyone no who we are interested in bringing in?

Betting suspended on alderweireld joining saints, solid defender. Hope we get this mane guy aswel.

1.) If we got those two I think all saints fans would be well happy. We would have a solid squad capable of emulating what we did last season. In Koeman we trust.

Would be a fantastic signing. Can play right back and center back
3.) This looks to be a good signing. But where would he fit in saints team? I suspect fonte to remain, and toby A to go to lcb ahead of yosh and gardos? From what I gather he is naturally right sided, and have him heard mixed views whether there is much of a difference to what side a cb plays. Can't see us going to 5 at the back either.
4.) We may well set up with 5 at the back if RoKo feels its necessary. so to have the option of clyne gardos fonte alderweild and betrand as a back 5 shows a nice bit of depth. I expect us to play a few different formations this year.
5.) Why not 3 CB (Fonte, Gardos, Aberweireld) with Clyne & Bertrand as wingbacks?
3-5-2 is popular in Holland (RoKo Home) and our players look much better equipped than the ones at MU

1.) Neil Lennon is on his way to us. I know it will disappoint most, but I'm hearing a 2 yr contract. What do you guys think?
2.) Possibly Moyes. he has a decent record, Manchester United was never going to be the utopia that he hoped for and could be a way back for him in the Prem at a realistic level.
3.) Neil Lennon think? Relegation fight at best!!
4.) I really don't want moyes. He was shown up after he left Everton as an average manager there.
5.) Moyes is a safer bet, but is he likely to deliver the style of football we love? I don't want us ending up like West Ham. i. e. it doesn't matter how we play as long as we stay up. Lennon could surprise us all. I think we will lose Adam & Luke but provided we can hang on to Lovren & Morgan and add 2 or 3 good quality signings I feel we will consolidate in the top 10.

How about dyche ( unsure on spelling!) from burnley, plays high tempo footy with English lads and gets the best out of players both with burnley and before at watford. If not then Zola?

I really don't know about Lennon. Has managed in a two team league with only one team in it. Can't see him attracting any decent players.
