It really doesn't work like that. You can't just be quick in the transfer window. Most high quality players and agents want to hold out to see what happens offer wise before committing to a decision with the exception of those involved with big club offers, however often these big clubs have a selection of targets and they themselves may want to wait to see the result of another clubs transfer or see who might come available. Beginning of August is when things start to move, the idea certain clubs are slow or fast is a myth.

Stevo98 leave it out, poor Ed I'm sure will comment if he has something to add, you don't have to keep nagging and asking same question like a desperate kid who needs reassurance.
Ralph said Europe is the goal. He reiterated it twice in his interview.
