Have to say the more I read about the wanyama saga the more I feel sorry for the guy. he's only young and is trusting his agent with his career and they are making a right balls up of it I reckon. they've upset saints, celtic and probably wanyama himself because they are making him look jumped up and greedy amnd I bet they will upset vsrdiff too. Vw should sack them

Let's be honest - money money money has really spoiled the essence of the game of soccer!

People calling football soccer has spoiled the game {Ed001's Note - it is an English term derived way back when to differentiate between Association Football and Rugby Football. Seems we have developed a snobbery about using it here though!}

I would be happy with just 3-4 more signing tops. I think we will sign

1. Nainggolan
2. Gamez
3. Hooper

and one other. (some one with rapid pace hopefully)

People slagging off hooper saying he's not good enough need to wait and see, he will score goals. People who write him off before he is given the chance are ignorant and a 25yr old English striker who scores loads of goals being sold for around 5 mill in this day and age is a bargin.

Would like a bit of pace/creation going forward.

Would take those three plus a Bueno/Ince type player.

Gamez, yes I can see that. Hooper, no, not good enough. Nainggolan will go to a 'bigger' club

Sinclair would do me. Also would love to see Lukaku in. He might be available now that Chelski have signed a new young striker.

Hooper is thriving at Celtic. He shouldn't leave them to join us because I think he'd fall below Rodriguez in the pecking order.

Wat we have now is better then bueno and ince lallana puncheon gaston all better if we add a winger its need to be some real quality not saying ince and bueno aren't descent they are but work in progress 1s for the future we have that allready

So Hooper is good enough to score in the champions league but wouldn't score in the prem.
I hope we sign a winger + LB on top of that, no one too big just cover for Shaw and another winger to rotate in and out

I thought Hoopoes were quite rare but apparently they have been spotted in Lyme Regis. I wonder what payment an agent would require for taking a client for the day out to sunny Dorset.

Not so much a transfer rumour, but a kit rumour. I'm sure a lot of people have seen the leaked image of the new shirt by now with the gold badge and Adidas logo. Well, I heard from someone at the club that the switch to the gold badge was to coincide with a big money long term-shirt deal that Cortese and Co had arranged with Lotus.

However, a few weeks ago the senior official Cortese sent to conclude the deal made a total hash of things and Lotus pulled out (said official and a few others got sacked for this). This means that there may well be no sponsor's logo on the shirt this season as aap3 had agreed to change the terms of their deal with the club for the remainder of their contract to make way for Lotus.

Ive seen one that looks like the liverpool kit. not great.
