Daily Mail are saying Southampton are lining up bids for Cagliari duo Davide Astori and Radja Nainggolan as well as QPR midfielder Esteban Granero.

Daily Mirror also running the Granero rumour

Believable10 Unbelievable8

I would love to get nainggolan he looks a class cm and if we get the other strongly rumord players astori, mayb sinclair, ter stegan, lopez (i think lopez its said to be a la liga striker and thought to be him) we will an even stronger team than we are now.

Love Ter Stegen but reckon he'll end up at a top CL side. Astori will be great signing. Lopez sounds good and realistic but what about Mayuka? Don't want Granero, he goes missing too often. I think we all know that that there will be good signings and we probably won't know a lot until it's happened.

Agree6 Disagree2

Wouldn't everybody prefer to see some young english players brought in or from our academy as apposed to all foreign

Agree11 Disagree7

All up for bringing youth through but only if they're ready and better than the likes of foreign players mentioned. They will come good and be the future but if we're pushing for top half next season, they will not be ready. Could see likes of Targett, Sinclair promoted to first team but being on bench much like JWP this season.

Agree5 Disagree2

Granero no chance but Astori and Ter Steggen would defo strengthen first team.

Agree9 Disagree1

Ter Stegen I have to admit I can't see happening. Astori is class, could happen but he was rumoured before and it didn't happen then so.
Granero I don't want to see, not worth it and to be honest is probably similar to the Scott Dann rumour from last year where the papers will re run it over and over just to claim he will most to a Premiership club.
Nainggolan could well be someone we're interested in, seems our type of signing and has class about him so it's possible.

Seager is 2 seasons off 1st team max! watch out for his name

Agree0 Disagree0

Seager is a quality kid, but we need to see if he can make that transition. A few years ago we had David McGoldrick who was absolutely prolific, tipped for the very top, and look what happened to him!

Lets give the kid a chance.

Cagliari midfielder and Belgium international Radja Naingglolan may soon make a move to premier league side southampton

AC Milan, Napoli and Zenit St Petersburg also said to be

10 million euro price tag

Would be a great signing if it happens.

Believable10 Unbelievable5

Good player, not going to be easy to get.

Agree3 Disagree3

Maybe DeRidder would put in a good word?!

Agree2 Disagree2

Never heard de ridder and good in the same sentence

Agree2 Disagree3

De Ridder needs his chance under Poc & it will come in Pre-Season. if he fails he will be shipped out. So much potential he just needs to unleash it!

Agree2 Disagree4

De Ridder has good ball control but that's about it. He is not a good player and would never make it in the Championship let alone the Prem. Can't pass and can't cross. Awful.

Agree4 Disagree1

Scored against Reading last season. Thank you. That's was it.

Agree1 Disagree1

Dont forget Cardiff as well he scored

Agree0 Disagree0

Little harsh to say he'd be no good in the Championship. He would be a good player at that level.

Southampton and Bolton are Watching Australian right back Trent Sainsbury.
Both FC Basel and Roda JC have offered the player a trial during the Summer also

Believable5 Unbelievable3

Saints - premiership side.
bolton - could still be championship next season
roda - getting relegated this season to 2nd division in holland.
basel - not the strongest in europe.

surely we should be looking at players who is better than this. especially as no bigger teams are looking at him, they all seem like small clubs (except saints)

Agree2 Disagree9

Basel are in the semi final of the Europa league.
And perhaps the fact that some of the bigger clubs in England have overlooked him could be a small blessing. Would imagine he would not be as expensive to get

Agree7 Disagree0

Just because other sides aren't looking a him doesn't mean he's isn't a good player! We don't always have to compete with loads of different teams to sin players you know!

Agree1 Disagree1

'The 21-year-old centre-half is among a group of promising Australian starlets currently being linked with moves away from their homeland.

Sainsbury has starred for the Mariners this season and is being tipped to make his senior international debut in the not too distant future.

Southampton are said to have been impressed by scouting reports they have received on the highly-rated defender.

FC Basel and Roda JC Kerkrade are also keen, having offered trials to Sainsbury, and his current club concede that they face a fight to keep their squad intact for the Asian Champions League. '

Nainggolan would be a class signing I can't see Astori coming considering how close we were in January and then pulled out. Scott Sinclair would a great signing but Granero a big no no. I would like to see Vergard Forren make a debut because if you pay 3.2m for someone you expect them to start at least 10 games in my opinion. Saints should be safe and I look forward to next season. :-)
