Ruben Semedo from sporting Lisbon linked with saints, his agent has said saints have made contact with him although no offer has been made, also another post suggested Southampton are preparing a £12million bid for him, despite his £35million release clause. Thoughts?

I like the look of the player, I also read the report and it says something along the lines of how the player would like to grow in a sporting top, not sure how to take it really. But I would line him at Southampton.

What defenders are we looking at signing, koeman keeps talking about how he wants to bring in a winger, which we now have through elia, and a center back, someone told me we enquired about naldo from wolfsburg and possibly martins indi but apart from that is there anyone else on his radar?
1.) None. RK has said he thinks we have enough in defence and midfield, it is up front we need some faces.

Talking of defenders, I see that Dejan has a "language" problem within our reserve team!!?? Could this be brought on by his head being separated from his body in the summer?
Has anyone considered that Saints without him have a much improved defensive record and thought-why is that the case?
As we approach the time of year for annual awards, how about Les for Salesman of the Year!?
