Saints midfielder Adam Lallana has today signed a new 5 year contract at St Mary's taking him past 10 years service to 2018

I believe hi development with us was hampered by the injuries his picked up at the times he did. He would of been as good as J-Rod had he got the run of luck that he deserved.

Good to see Chung back in the squad. Think he would of been there last season if he had not of suffered such a bad injury so early in his Saints career. Obviously MoPo has seen enough to warrant a place in the 1st team squad after his loan last season. Good cover as a AM and for JRod.
Oh well. only 4 months till the transfer rumour rollercoaster starts up again and we can all post our hopes and dreams of who we are going to buy and sell. Until then. happy xmas everyone
Panic over people, he has signed the 5 year deal he said he would back in February. its on the OS
Sharp said in the local press a while back, that he never had a medical at Reading, so can't see how he flunked it.
