Wonder if the press or the "big clubs" will kindly allow us to keep a player or two for next season. That is of course privided we don't have another "meltdown" like we did when cortese left and avoid financial ruin.
Its getting tiresome now.
1.) I hope poch and players stay and we hear something soon. And we sign some decent players
2.) I know the argument about 'real fans' and 'no one bigger than the Club' and the old 'loyalty' thing, but I just wish that I hear something positive before the end of next week when my early bird discount on renewing my season ticket is up. I'd feel much better!

Ive heard from a source I totally trust that morgans off to arsenal and I hope and pray its pure B. S but like I said its reliable
1.) Of all the players linked with moves away, I think Schneiderlin is the most replaceable. Terrific player, but central midfield is Saints' strongest area, with Wanyama, Cork and Davis the senior players and James Ward-Prowse, Harrison Reed, Jake Hesketh and Jake Flannigan coming through.
If just one player HAD to be sold from the current first team, IMO Schneiderlin's loss would be most easily absorbed.
2.) You can rest assured deadball, it is pure bs. Schneiderlin has already as recently as two weeks ago come out and stated he would never force a move from St Mary's. All gossip tabloids are reporting that Arsenal are only willing to spend a max of 15m on him, which would be way below Saints' valuation of him and way below what it would cost to replace him. Won't happen.
3.) He won't force a move? Of course he won't because he would lose his loyalty bonus. What he can do, either on his own or through his agent, is inform the club that he wants to talk to any club that makes an enquiry about him.
I haven't heard anything about Morgan apart from some idle media speculation. I will ask but I am fairly sure that if Arsenal make an approach, he will definitely want to talk to them.

You sound like you want schneiderlin and Lallana to leave! (Makes me doubt your credibility to be honest).
Only person I can see leaving is possibly Shaw, but we will see.

So, it was tactical to play two "RBs" who are unlikely to play as RBs at all next season, and a LB who will only be likely to play a few more games next season in this position. Pretty sensible "tactics" Woy, and didn't they work well!? LOL
It's not just about qualifying Woy, it's about building a side for the finals. No, silly me, it's about keeping Man. Utd. and Liverpool happy with an eye to future employment.
3 Saints players in the England WC squad a year ago, where are they now? Utd. and Liverpool-what a co-incidence!
Perhaps Woy should spend more time considering tactics and less time publically undermining his players-this is not the first time.

Seems that chelsea interested in lovren aswell now. If he's got to go then i'd prefer anyone to liverpool just so the little rat don't get his own way

Well I just have a gut feeling shaw will stay and were in the market for a back up lb. I also don't see lallana going yet either but I have been told spider is likely to go. We won't no if eds info is right or not untill next season but personally I just don't see a need for them to go. They play in a good side already that is always improving and they've been selected for brazil and adam is our captain so why leave? Money? i'm sure saints would improve their contracts to keep them
Could be a back up for shaw rather than replacement?

Agee mate we've had every manager under the sun try to take every player we have and are told "its football" and that we are "victims of our own success". well maybe vlaars a victim too
