After the Lambert deal the next will be Morgan to Arsenal. Should be finalised end of next week. No player exchange but 9.5 million plus extra's is the rumoured amount. Personally I think we will miss him more than Lambert.

halibutjackson

1.) Not true / lovren to spurs going to come out this weekend

2.) You've missed a 2 off've that transfer fee, absolutely no way he'd go for less than the Shaw and Lallana offers

3.) I don't think any one else will leave us now. I think we will keep the rest of our players as there is no need to sell them

4.) Well my optimism has well and truly dwindled. But I'm still left with question marks why? Have we large debts to cover? Is she planning on selling up? Still haven't seen any valid reason on here why selling our best players makes sense. On or off the field

There's some quietly stirring rumours that Morgan Schneiderlin could be making a move to arsenal with walcott coming back the otherway. Still early stages but this ones got legs.

halibutjackson

1.) Walcott earns more than £100k a week. Not a chance in hell.

2.) There are some "quietly stirring rumours" that you made that up.

3.) No chance

{Ed002's Note - Arsenal have an interest in MS.}

4.) Decent chance we will lose Morgan if MoPo goes, not a chance we will get Theo. Aside from the fact he would, as previous poster mentioned command 100k + a week, he is also a valuable Aresnal player, even if he does get injured all the time!

5.) I know that Arsenal & maybe even Napoli have an interest in Morgan, but isn't he the only player to actually come out and say that he doesn't want to leave Saints? Thought he was?

6.) Jof33, Morgan didn't say he definitely wants to stay, but he did say he would not request a move and was happy to stay. I. e. enough to suggest he's unlikely to be moving this summer especially if you believe the other rumours of a clear out. Seemingly a 'going down' sale is believed by some papers. And we finished 8th! Wonder who else would be rumoured "leaving" had we not stayed up.

7.) Theo?! Never going to happen, he wouldn't want to come here again as he wants to work for wenger, he wouldn't fit in the squad, we would never get away with paying him shay he gets at arsenal and why would they let him go?! Sorry but theo coming here is nonsense. They are looking at spidey because he is a natural replacement for artera when he retires. Maybe we should suggest theo as a swap deal from them if they do come knocking.

SFC's two year plan has been made clear to the staff and players. There will be a focus on consolidation and getting finances in order with a view to sell after the 2 years. So far 5 senior players have put in transfer requests as a result of this.

1.) Is it just me or does this not sound very good at all

2.) 05 Jun 2014 13:31:48
Yeah, right!

Different sort of fishy smell about this one!LOL

3.) Nonsense

4.) 05 Jun 2014 16:41:29
If they were planning on selling in two years do you really think they would tell the players. Be serious!

5.) As has been pointed out about this rumor in other places, a "plan" to tread water and then sell in two years makes no sense at all. The higher the club is placed, the higher the value of any potential sale.

6.) The more I read this the less sense this makes. If you're going to troll at least make something up that might actually scare a few people, rather then give them a light chuckle.

7.) Which is why the board have publicly said they want European football, which will involve progressing up the table no consolidating

Ed 002 - you can lead a fool to wisdom but you can't make him think. Some fans still seem to be wearing blinkers.
